Orders from the official stockists can be placed online but you do need
to contact the stockists by telephone so that you can be given a password
to access the site.
Will you please ensure that your child always wears the correct school
uniform and that everything brought to the school is clearly marked with
the student’s name. As we have on-site sporting facilities, there will be
no need to arrive at school in school PE or games clothing. School uniform
will be expected at all times, unless you are actually taking part in a PE
or games activity.
Uniform For Boys
- Navy blue blazer and charcoal-grey trousers from official School Outfitters only
- School tie from official School Outfitters only

- V-neck navy blue House pullover from official School Outfitters only

- Black low-heeled shoes, plain and polishable (no boots or suede shoes permitted)
- Top-coat, raincoat or anorak (sober colour only)

NB It is not permissible, on hygiene grounds, to use the same protective

Headguards - Rugby Football
It is recommended that Junior Pupils and/or newcomers to the game of
Rugby Football should consider the purchase of an IRB approved Rugby
Headguard. This item assists in promoting confidence and also in reducing
the chance and effect of potential injury. Details are available from the
Director of Sport and PE at School.
Cricket
Cricket clothing is not required until the Trinity Term. These items and all
other cricket equipment (bats, pads etc) can be obtained from the PE Department,
and details will be supplied during the Lent Term.
Gum Shield/Mouthguards
It remains the individual's choice as to the wearing of a mouthguard, but parents
are strongly advised to ensure that their child has a correctly fitted mouthguard
for contact sports. Boys for Rugby Football and both girls and boys for Hockey.
The recommended type can be obtained from your own dentist and or from the approved
school supplier (OPRO) - details can be obtained from the Director of Sport & PE
at school.
Shin Guards - Hockey
Parents are also strongly encouraged to ensure that all pupils have shin guards for
use in Hockey. This applies to all girls from Year 6 and to boys in Year 7 and
upwards who are playing Hockey.
Backpacks
The Chiropak backpack is recommended by the World Federation of Chiropractic. It has
been developed following extensive research, field trials and laboratory testing. It
is ergonomically designed to reduce muscle fatigue and stress to the spine and offers

heels, suede or boots)

All girls require their own hockey stick and tennis racquet which should be clearly
marked with their own name. The hockey stick will be required for September. Tennis
racquets are not required until the start of the Trinity (Summer) Term and details
regarding their purchase will be circulated during the Lent Term. Pupils requiring
a new racquet are advised to wait until the Lent term so that they can ensure that
the correct size racquet is obtained for their use at that time.
