Formlink

Formlink aims to promote contact between parents/guardians and pupils within a year group by providing names, addresses and telephone numbers of students within each school year. It is a voluntary scheme and the lists are only distributed to those parents/guardians wishing to take part. This year over 95% of parents signed up for the scheme and we are always delighted when parents say that the lists are anything from helpful to life-saving!

Have you changed address/tel. no. recently? I am sure you have informed the school but FormLink needs to be informed separately.

If you are not a member of the scheme - you can sign up at any time! You will get a list of names, addresses and telephone numbers of everyone in your child's/children's year(s) who has signed up for the scheme. You never know when it will come in useful - homework enquiries, lost PE kit or other school emergencies.
