Welcome to the Old Leicestrian pages of the LGS Website!

The aim of these pages is to provide information to all Old Leicestrians so that we can keep you informed with what’s happening for Old Leicestrians and the things that are going on at LGS.

Now that we have moved to our new site at Great Glen it is even more important for us to maintain links to, and memories of, all Old Leicestrians and Leicester Grammar School during its first 25 years.

The last year has seen the LGS Archive be sorted, tidied and expanded. From TV clips of LGS opening its doors to students for the first time, to photos of the Sports tours, to a copy of the latest prospectus – all things LGS have been gathered together in one place. If you have anything that you’d like adding to the Archive we’d be delighted to accommodate it – or we can copy/scan items and then return them to you if you’d prefer.

As always we’d love to hear from you, no matter where you are in the world. Have you got any news, having a gathering that would count as an unofficial reunion or lost contact with one of your class mates? If the answer to any of these is yes then contact us at oldleicestrians@ leicestergrammar.org.uk and we'll do all we can to make your event a success or put you back in touch with lost friends.
