Year 11 Relaxation & Wellbeing

 

Our Year 11 students enjoyed a Relaxation & Wellbeing afternoon ahead of going on exam leave this Friday. Activities included yoga, massage, smoothie making & a session with mental health recovery dogs. The students could also choose an afternoon relaxing watching a movie with popcorn, rounders, a chance to use the equipment and weights in the gym, doodle art; a session of colouring in mandalas and other patterns.
